CS 486 Spring 2001 – Presentation Guidelines

Each student will be assigned a chapter or a portion of the chapter from the book: Java Server Programming J2EE Edition, by Wrox publishers. The presentation should attempt to do the following:

Guidelines

• Clear explanation of the material in the book
• Legible view foils for the material being presented
• The view foils should be in PowerPoint or HTML
• The view foils should be emailed or handed over to me in a floppy before the actual presentation.
• The view foils would be posted in the class web site.

Assessment

• The presentation will be evaluated on clarity.
• Both the whole class and I will do the evaluation.
• The evaluation will happen after every presentation or at the end of the class.
