IEEE Upper Monongalia Subsection The Upper Mon Subsection is a part of the Pittsburgh IEEE section. The yearly schedule includes several seminars held at WVU and ISR, hosting a meeting of the Pittsburgh section, a meeting to elect officers, and several planning meetings.
